Joe & Son's Auto Service

While visiting RI and renting a vehicle we started having problems with the tire pressure. My husband had added air but the warning didn’t go away so we brought the vehicle to Joe’s on the advice of a friend. He checked it all out and determined the problem and never charged us. Great service & friendly guy 🌟🌟

Called spoke to Joe, indicating that I had a splash guard on my car that was hanging and wanted to know if he could reassemble it for me and he was kind and so accommodating. I brought the car in within five minutes he put it on the lift tightened everything up and just gave me a handshake and introduce himself .Great honest service. Definitely be going back there.

My friend referred me to Joe and Sons and they did not disappoint. Super friendly, got right back to me after my initial message, and had my son's car in and out with new brakes and an inspection in a few hours. Fantastic pricing. Very happy with their service all around and will definitely return!!

I have been going to Joe & Son's for 20 years. There must be a reason I keep returning. Actually, there are many. Here are some of them: HONESTY: Joe is the most honest businessman I have ever dealt with. If he tells you that your car needs something then it DOES need that. If he tells you that your car does not need something then it does NOT need that. You will never have to second guess any repair and you will never have buyer's remorse. PRICE: Joe's prices are extremely competitive and he never price gouges. Even if it's an emergent repair, he will never take advantage of your situation for his financial gain TIMELINESS: If you drop your car off in the morning, barring any extraordinary circumstances, you can count on getting it back by the end of the day. WORKMANSHIP AND WARRANTY: Joe prides himself on fixing everything right the first time. The quality of his work is amazing. Joe warranties all parts and labor. In the rare instance that a part fails it is replaced free of charge without question. There is no haggling. There are no exceptions. And there is never a charge. Joe takes extreme pride in his workmanship and stands by it in all instances. COMMUNICATIO

I have been coming to Joe and son’s for over 2 years for my truck service and any work required. Normal maintenance work all the way to extensive engine work. My 2015 GMC sierra was unfortunately subject to the more serious GMC issues (collapsed lifters and Transmission issues). All of which Joe and Sons properly diagnosed and repaired. Joe is very honest, and explained what was needed to be fixed and never tried to oversell me on anything that wasn’t needed. His prices are fair and he is excellent at communicating and keeping the customer informed. Will be a life long customer.
